Initially commencing his career within the insurance industry Matthew worked within Claims, Underwriting & Sales before moving into recruitment with a large PLC firm. With a 23 year track record successfully recruiting within Underwriting, Broking and Claims.

Matthew is an active member of the CII, a Liveryman and Livery Committee member of the Worshipful Company of Insurers, is regularly involved in promoting Insurance Careers in schools as well as participating in various Diversity & Inclusion initiatives aimed at both guiding clients and attracting and promoting the insurance industry for emerging talent.
